2. Jakie dane otrzymujemy
Możemy otrzymać nazwę lokalu, adres, adres e-mail, treść menu, opcjonalny plik menu, dane sprzedażowe i kosztowe oraz informacje potrzebne do obsługi zamówienia. Stripe przekazuje informacje potrzebne do potwierdzenia płatności. Usługa używa niezbędnego storage przeglądarki do obsługi bieżącego raportu i nie używa reklamowych trackerów.
3. Po co i z kim przetwarzamy dane
Dane służą do przygotowania i dostarczenia raportu, obsługi płatności, bezpieczeństwa oraz odpowiedzi na kontakt. Podstawą jest art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (wykonanie umowy), lit. c (obowiązki prawne, w tym rozliczenia) oraz lit. f (bezpieczeństwo, dochodzenie i obrona roszczeń). Dostarczony tekst menu i sprzedaży jest przetwarzany przez OpenAI na potrzeby generowania wyniku. OpenAI może również przechowywać dane na potrzeby bezpieczeństwa i przeciwdziałania nadużyciom zgodnie ze swoimi zasadami przetwarzania danych. 2. Data we receive
We may receive a business name, address, email address, menu text, an optional menu file, sales and cost data, and information needed to handle an order. Stripe provides information needed to verify payment. The service uses essential browser storage for the current report and does not use advertising trackers.
3. Purposes and providers
Data is used to prepare and deliver the report, handle payment, maintain security, and answer messages. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract), (c) (legal duties, including accounting), and (f) (security and establishment, exercise, or defence of claims). Supplied menu and sales text is processed through the OpenAI to generate the result. OpenAI may also retain data for security and abuse prevention under its data processing policies. Application infrastructure is provided by Railway in the EU, payments by Stripe (see Stripe DPA), DNS by Cloudflare, and IP country is determined offline from the local DB-IP Country Lite database. The IP address is used to determine the approximate country and select the offer currency.
Resend handles emails about your order, including confirmation that report preparation has started and notification that it is ready. It processes your email address and message content, retained for 30 days. Sending region: Ireland. Resend DPA.
4. Retention
Input materials and the report are retained for 30 days and then deleted. Transaction data is retained for the period required by law and transaction settlement. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply, including standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, in accordance with that provider’s DPA.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability, and may object where permitted by law. Contact awierzbicka@kadmos.pl. You may also complain to the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
6. Language
The language versions have the same meaning; the Polish version prevails when interpreting a discrepancy.

4. Dienstleister und Übermittlungen
OpenAI verarbeitet die eingereichten Menü- und Verkaufsdaten zur Erstellung des Berichts. OpenAI kann Daten nach seinen Verarbeitungsregeln auch zur Sicherheit und Missbrauchsprävention speichern. Railway stellt die Anwendungsinfrastruktur in der EU bereit, Stripe die Zahlungsabwicklung und Cloudflare den DNS-Dienst. Die IP-Adresse dient zur Ermittlung des ungefähren Landes und zur Auswahl der Angebotswährung. Dienstleister können Daten außerhalb des EWR verarbeiten; vertragliche Schutzmaßnahmen einschließlich Standardvertragsklauseln sind in ihren Datenschutzvereinbarungen beschrieben.
Resend versendet E-Mails zu Ihrer Bestellung, darunter die Bestätigung des Bearbeitungsbeginns und die Benachrichtigung, dass Ihr Bericht fertig ist. Dabei werden Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und der Nachrichteninhalt verarbeitet und 30 Tage gespeichert. Versandregion: Irland. Resend DPA.
5. Aufbewahrung
Eingabedaten und Berichte werden 30 Tage gespeichert und anschließend nach dem Verfahren des Verantwortlichen gelöscht. Transaktionsdaten werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es gesetzliche Pflichten und die Abwicklung der Transaktion erfordern.

OpenAI peut également conserver des données pour la sécurité et la prévention des abus conformément à ses règles de traitement. Railway fournit l’infrastructure applicative dans l’UE, Stripe traite les paiements et Cloudflare fournit le DNS. L’adresse IP sert à déterminer le pays approximatif et à sélectionner la devise de l’offre. Les prestataires peuvent traiter des données hors de l’EEE ; leurs accords décrivent les garanties contractuelles, dont les clauses contractuelles types.

4. Proveedores y transferencias
OpenAI procesa los textos de carta y ventas aportados para elaborar el informe. OpenAI también puede conservar datos para la seguridad y la prevención de abusos conforme a sus políticas de tratamiento. Railway proporciona la infraestructura de la aplicación en la UE, Stripe procesa los pagos y Cloudflare proporciona el DNS. La dirección IP se utiliza para determinar el país aproximado y seleccionar la moneda de la oferta.
